These include a 3-month time-frame for the holiday of gas taxes. But , as of June 30 no concrete plan is currently being examined by Congress. It could be a while before gas rebates start to be offered in all states. While President Obama has offered an all-national gas tax holiday however, he’s yet to find any legislation that could fund it.
