The proposals include a three-month relaxation of the tax on gas. However, as of the end of June the proposal is not being taken into consideration by Congress. It will be some time before gas rebates begin for every state. While President Trump has proposed an all-national gas tax holiday and has not yet found the right legislation to support the holiday.
