Gas Tax Rebates from Federal Government
The federal government hasn’t taken up the Gas Rebate Bill from 2022. However, it is looking into such an option, and a few states and cities have already implemented legislation in this regard. While they’re not a federal government program, many of these rebates are offered by state governments from surpluses. The federal government ought to consider this program as a feasible way in order to lower the costs of fuel and other commodities.
