While the federal government is not in the process of implementing any type of stimulus plan state legislators and President Biden have come up with various ideas for consumers. These include a 3-month time-frame for the holiday of gas taxes. But as of late June, nothing concrete is being discussed by Congress. It will take a few months before gas rebates begin to be offered in every state. Although the President has been able to propose the national gas tax holiday however, he’s yet to find any law that would allow him to fund it.

However, regardless of the political implications of the idea regardless of the political stance, gas rebates are one of the many tools to assist Americans get through the cost of fuel.
